I have written an article about Pecan Pie and want to see if you are interested. I was raised in a traditional southern family in rural North Carolina and want to share my thoughts and experiences on this dish. The article also includes a brief history and purpose of the ingredients utilized. I have never had anything published before and am not looking for compensation. I need experience.
